What types of pools do you build?
We specialize in custom gunite (concrete) pools, which give you the most design freedom and the longest lifespan of any pool type. Whether you want a simple rectangular lap pool, a freeform lagoon-style design, or an elaborate resort-style pool with water features and built-in spas, our team can create exactly what you picture.
We also build commercial pools for HOAs, hotels, and apartment complexes with full ADA compliance and health department certification.
Can you build a pool on a challenging lot or small backyard?
Absolutely. We have built pools on tricky lots all over coastal Brevard and Indian River County, including narrow yards, sloped properties, homes with septic systems, and corner lots with setback rules.

What custom features can you add to my pool?
We offer a wide range of custom features to build your perfect backyard. Popular add-ons include beach entries (zero-depth entries), sun shelves and tanning ledges, built-in spas and hot tubs, waterfalls and sheer descents, LED color-changing lighting, fire and water bowls, swim-up bars, and underwater benches.

How much does a pool cost in Brevard or Indian River County?
Quality residential pools in our area typically run from $45,000 to $120,000 or more depending on size, features, and site conditions. Basic rectangular pools with standard equipment start around $45,000 to $60,000, while custom designs with spas, waterfalls, LED lighting, and heating run $75,000 to $120,000 and up.

Do you offer financing options for pool construction?
Yes. We offer flexible financing to help make your dream pool happen. We work with several lending partners who focus on home improvement and pool construction financing.
Many clients find that monthly payments are close to what they would spend on vacations or gym memberships, while adding $50,000 to $75,000 or more in home value. We will go over financing during your consultation and help you find a payment plan that fits your budget.
How long does it take to build a new pool?
Most residential pools take 8 to 12 weeks from permit approval to completion. Custom designs with heavy hardscaping, screen enclosures, or summer kitchens may take 10 to 14 weeks. Permitting adds 2 to 4 weeks in Brevard County and 3 to 5 weeks in Indian River County.

What should I expect for ongoing pool maintenance costs?
Monthly pool maintenance in Florida typically runs $100 to $200 for professional service, or $50 to $100 if you do it yourself. Electricity averages $50 to $150 a month depending on how efficient your equipment is. Upgrading to a variable-speed pump can cut that by up to 70%. Chemical costs run $30 to $60 a month, though salt systems bring that way down.
