Do you handle the entire pool construction process?

We handle all required inspections and build to Florida code and HOA requirements.
How long does it take to build a new pool?
Most residential pools take 8 to 12 weeks from permit approval to completion, though timelines vary with design, weather, and permitting. We give you a detailed timeline during your consultation and keep you posted at every stage. We cannot control permit offices or storm season, but you will always know where your project stands and why.
What types of pools do you build?
We specialize in custom gunite (concrete) pools, which offer the most design freedom and the longest lifespan of any pool type. From a simple rectangular lap pool to a freeform lagoon or an elaborate resort-style pool with water features and a spa, we build exactly what you picture. We also install fiberglass pools when they better fit your budget or property.
