I became involved in the pool industry by pure luck. After a 10-year tenor with a major retail company, I decided that I wanted to do something that involved water and working outdoors.
In 1995, I accepted a job with a small company maintaining pools. After a year of employment with that company, I knew I found the right field. However, I wanted to achieve more than just maintaining pools so in order to advance my knowledge and skills in the pool industry I knew that I would need to find employment with a company that actually built pools.
With my current employers help and recommendation, I obtained employment with Intercoastal Pool and Spa in 1996. Since that time, I have exposed myself with all areas involving the new construction of pools and spas. In 2004, the current owner, Thomas Arnault, gave me the opportunity to buy into the company that he worked so hard to build.
I look forward to the challenges of the constant changing Pool Industry.
