Hi Karen - I just wanted to thank you all again for such a beautiful pool!
We love David's design, and thank you personally for all your help on color, tile and keeping us posted throughout the process and understanding my "Visual" handicap.
Overall we thank the ICP team for your awesome workmanship and above and beyond! We are really very happy and know we will enjoy the pool and patio for many years to come! We did get in a family gathering with my son home from Navy leave last weekend before the cooler weather set in. I hope you got some good pictures from CJ.

Dear Intercoastal,
I just wanted to send you a letter to express how pleased we are with our new pool! From the initial ground-breaking to the pool-fill and deck-coating, all your people were so courteous, friendly and professional. We really feel it is OUR pool rather than just, the pool Intercoastal built for us.
You allowed us to be included in all aspects of the planning and building process. You listened to our suggestions, implemented them when possible, and explained thoroughly why something we suggested wouldn't work so we knew you really understood our wants and needs as our pool took shape.
We started by meeting with Woody who helped us come up with a pool design. From there, we met with Mike Schnider (the owner) and his wife who let us know what to expect as the process went along. Then came the dig crew, Howard was great, making sure the trees I wanted to keep were cared for expertly. Bill made digging with the backhoe look like an art form.
Doug and Brett drove the other equipment skillfully while James and Jimmy worked in the hole while Bill continued with the backhoe overhead which just increased our confidence in the digging team. Willie and Edward also did a great job with their smaller backhoe when they came back later to work on the skimmer and lights.
Our neighbors have all commented on how clean the work site was kept in between phases of construction. No one ever expected it to be so neat and tidy all the time. I didn't get to meet the deck guys, but they did a beautiful job as well. I only met the screen guys in passing, but it amazed me how they were able to take all the pieces that were on the ground one day and put together the puzzle that became our screen enclosure the next day.
Paul did a WONDERFUL job on our waterfall! Even the inspector commented that ours was one of the most beautiful pools he had ever seen and he was particularly impressed with the waterfall.
My nieces came for a visit and used the waterfall as their own personal launching platform. When I asked the 8 year old if she liked the pool, she said, I don't like it, I LOVE IT! She is already planning to have her parents bring her here from Georgia this summer for more pool usage.
Even at night, the pool is absolutely stunning. The LED lights were a great accessory for our backyard play area. We spend a lot more time on our patio now then we ever did when it was just a screened porch with grass in the backyard. We dine out there regularly, and enjoy the tranquil babbling of the waterfall. Our neighbors enjoy the serene sound as well. The waterfall operates whenever the pump is running with their blessing.
Most importantly, the support we have received since the pool was completed has been more than we could have
dreamt of.
The first few weeks, Intercoastal serviced our pool. Since then, George and Mike have been great about answering questions and coming out to see that little things are taken care so our pool area is as perfect as possible.
Karen, Leslie, Mindy, Wendy and Stephanie in the office were always wonderful to deal with as well. I became particularly found of Karen Campbell, and relied on her email communications to keep me on track with the construction process. Her philosophy is, ask questions as soon as you have them, rather than waiting until it is too late. Boy did I ask questions, and she was always wonderful about getting me answers. If I got on her nerves, she never let on. I don't know what I would have done without her.
I rather miss not hearing from her on an almost daily basis.
Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new pool and would recommend Intercoastal to anyone!!!!!
